We must add a 5% Government Luxury (VAT) Tax for ROOM CHARGE ONLY
- other taxes may apply as per current government regulations.

Important note-: All Foreigner customers are requested to bring their Passports and Indian Visas with them without that no check in

All Indian customers are requested to bring their Photo Identifications with them i.e. Driving license/Pan card/Election card/Passport without that no check in.

LATE ARRIVALS:
Given that we are a guest house and not a hotel and given our location, we cannot accept guests nor hold reserved rooms after 9:00 PM, regardless if you phone in advance that you will be late. If you should be arriving after 9:00 PM, please secure a room where you then are and check with us immediately in the morning ASAP for our then availability to honor your request to lodge at our guest house. Thank you.
