All rates are current.

Rates quoted are subject to 5% luxury tax + 5.15% service tax (As per govt. rule)- other taxes may apply as per current government regulations.
(Travel Book prices are out-of-date.)

Important note-: All Foreigner customers must  bring with them their Passport and Indian Visa in order to check-in -  by goverment mandate.

All Indian customers must bring with them a Photo Identification  (Driving license/Pan card/Election card/Passport)  in order to check- in by goverment mandate.

LATE ARRIVALS:
We are a guest house and not a hotel and  our location is such that we cannot accept guests nor hold reserved rooms after 8:00 PM - regardless if you phone in advance that you will be late. If you should be arriving after 8:00 PM, please secure a room where you are and then check with us immediately in the morning for our availability to honor your request to stay at our guest house. Thank you.
